Hello all.
With all the delays that have occurred, we have been told that most, if not all, of your pledges should be shipped by December 6th. To go along with this, we have good news for all of you:
Shipping discount. We have given each of you a discount to shipping in Backerkit. The reason for this is we have received a strong recommendation to lower the retail cost of the game until the end of the year. Because of this, we wanted to ensure that all of you are charged less as well. All of you will be charged the revised shipping cost when we charge your cards in the next day or 2.
We prioritized shipping the games to the fulfillment company prior to us receiving any copies. When we finally receive our copies of the games here at the office, we will update you with shipping info and pictures of the completed game.

It is with great pride (and a BIG sigh of relief) that we can officially announce the first batch of Vikings Games have been made and are now in transit to our fulfillment locations. More games will be shipping out early next week.
It has been a long journey to get to this stage, and we’re glad you were able to make this happen with us. All filled out Backerkit surveys have now been locked down, and we are beginning the export process so that we can fulfill your pledges. Shipping will hopefully begin next week.
46 backers have still not filled out their Backerkit information. We are sending each of you another email on this. Please be aware that we are unable to send you your pledge unless this is filled out, as Backerkit collects your shipping address.
We look forward to all of you trying out Vikings Raid & Conquer in the next few weeks here. We've had a blast play testing and producing the game over the last year and a half. We are confident you will enjoy it.
As a reminder, those who ordered the Limited Edition game are receiving temporary card sleeves with your pledge, and will be receiving the custom artwork sleeves in the new year. Because of how pressed all of the manufacturers are at this time, we are unable to negotiate a new printing time until they have fulfilled their holiday and New Year's orders. We will keep you updated on this.

Backerkit Surveys
Thank you to everyone who has filled out the survey so far. We are getting very helpful feedback regarding the Kickstarter from all of you.
We still have 63 backers who have not filled out their surveys. If you previously tried and were charged shipping by mistake, this has now been fixed. If you will be in Kelowna for pickup, please ignore the shipping charge, as we will credit it back to your backerkit account prior to locking down the survey.
Production
All files have passed a final review process by the primary manufacture. All shipments of parts that were being manufactured at secondary locations have been confirmed and the printing setup is now beginning. At this time there seems to be no further issues occurring with any other production items.
We are still in the process of re-negotiating a production time for the art sleeves. The clear sleeves will be coming with the Limited Edition game.

Hello Everyone!
We’ve been busy finishing everything up here at High Roller Games. We have both good news for all of you, and some not as good news.
First the good news. Backerkit has been set up, and is being reviewed by the Backerkit team. We should be able to send you your surveys on Monday! This includes your final shipping information. Please note that except for the rest of the world, this is a savings of $5 - $10 depending on your country. The shipping is shown in U.S. funds as we are using a U.S based fulfillment company. In Backerkit however, this will be displayed in Canadian funds, as per the rest of the campaign.
Australia Shipping: $12.50
Canada Shipping: $12.50
U.S. Shipping: $11
U.K. Shipping: $12.50
Netherlands Shipping: $12.50
German Shipping: $15
Other European Shipping: $16.66
The rest of the world: $40
Now on to the not as good news. There has been a manufacturing issue with a single item – the custom card sleeves. Because of the issue it has become impossible to have the sleeves manufactured before Xmas. We believe that anyone who ordered the Limited Edition should still have some sleeves immediately however to help protect your cards, so we have taken the following steps for you:
1) We have ordered in enough 100 packs of sleeves that each of you that ordered a Limited Edition of the game will receive 3, 100 packs (300 sleeves) with your game. This is at no cost to you.
2) When the sleeve manufacture is finished (we are currently re-negotiating a production date for these) we will ship your sleeve orders to you free of charge.
This means that Limited Edition game orders will receive 300 clear sleeves with your game, and 226 Viking artwork sleeves after Xmas. We are fully paying for this extra cost.
In Backerkit, Limited Edition versions of the game and additional sleeve packs are available as add-ons. Please note that any added on copies of these products will not be able to be shipped prior to Xmas.

Hello everyone! We have received several requests to set up a PayPal payment for anyone who would still like to be part of the Kickstarter. We will now be accepting payments in this way through our PayPal account. Anyone who wishes to pledge this way will need to contact us with your email, and we will send you a link.
All funds raised in this way will be counted towards our funding amount. As we will only have this active for a limited time, we will send in an update the final funding amount, and if any stretch goals were unlocked because of this.
Please note, that if any stretch goals are unlocked, they will be sent out to backers separately. This is because we have already sent the base files off for manufacture, and have begun receiving production samples. See our card samples below!

Now all the cards are being shipped to the next stage of manufacturing, where the box, tray, board, rules, shields, and other assorted items are being manufactured.
Why are different pieces being manufactured by different companies? Because this way we can ensure you receive the highest possible quality of game, and still meet the deadline we have set for ourselves!
At this point, everything is on track for you guys to get your games by Xmas!
