Worldwide Shipping Update

Hello everyone.
Our fulfillment center locations in the Netherlands and Australia have received and processed the shipments.
The shipments were unfortunately delayed longer than expected at customs in both cases.
The fulfillment center in the U.K. has received the order, but has not processed it through yet.
On Monday orders shipping from our Netherlands and Australian fulfillment centers will ship (about a week later than expected). U.K. based shipments will be shipping a few days afterward.
There are still 43 unanswered surveys in Backerkit. We cannot ship a game to you, if you have not confirmed your shipping address.
Its been a long raiding season but your treasure has now landed.

Hello everyone,
Games were held up in customs a couple days longer than expected. It looks like they should all clear today, and hit the distribution centers tomorrow in Australia, UK and Netherlands. Once they receive the games, the distribution centres will send them out right away.
Backerkit.
As yet another reminder, we still have 43 unanswered backerkit surveys. We have re-sent out reminder emails today to everyone who has not confirmed their mailing address with us. We cannot send you a game until your address is confirmed.
